Return Policy

AVR Optics is committed to ensuring our customers are completely happy, but if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase simply complete this form to request an RMA number.

We offer our customers the ability to return new unused, undamaged standard sized catalog products within 30 days of original date of purchase for full credit. Products returned after 30 days may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Custom sized parts may not be returned as part of the 30 day trial.

Product returned without an RMA number will not be accepted and will be returned at senders expense.

Returned products are subject to inspection.


Here’s how to process your RMA

  • Complete the RMA form beneath, including a detailed reason for the return.
  • Parts must be returned in their original packaging and packaged in a manner to prevent damage.
  • International shipments: Please provide to your shipping company/freight forwarder a copy of the “Declaration of Foreign Shipper” form for US made goods being returned to country of origin for warranty/repair (Optical filters #9801.00.90)
  • Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping container and place a copy of the return authorization with the returning products.
